Radiesse Creates Structure for Sagging Skin

In the world of medicine, there are many minimally invasive cosmetic procedures that people can opt for in order to look and feel younger. One of these procedures is the Radiesse treatment. Radiesse is a dermal filler that’s used to smooth over facial folds and wrinkles.

Radiesse simulates natural collagen production in the skin, making it easier for your skin to do the job that it was always designed to do. This product helps with the appearance of age lines such as the nasolabial folds, which are the creases that stretch between the corner of your mouth and the corner of your nose.

Radiesse can be used for facial shaping and contouring. It has also been effective in treating volume loss in the back of the hands – often a side effect of aging.

What Can You Use This Treatment For?

Marionette lines – the lines at the corners of your mouth stretching downwards
Nasolabial folds – the lines that form between the corners of the mouth and the corners of the nose
Blemishes and depressions – acne scars and other marks
Radial lip lines – lines that form above the upper lip
Gaunt cheeks – cheeks that have lost fatty tissue over time
Jaw and chin – improves the contours of the jaw and corrects indentations and unevenness
Hand – reduces the prominent appearance of bones and veins in aging hands

How Radiesse Creates Structure

Once Radiesse has been injected into your skin, its calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) particles create a sort of scaffold, restoring shape and structure. Your facial tissues will then grow new collagen cells in between this scaffold. The CaHA particles eventually break down, leaving behind the new collagen structure that was generated by your own body.

Radiesse is made with all-natural products, which means that you will not experience any allergic reactions from the injections.

The Benefits of Radiesse

A Radiesse treatment is not only effective but also very quick. A treatment typically takes only around 15 minutes, depending on the treatment areas and your goals for the treatment. The treatment also requires fewer injections than the other leading dermal fillers to achieve the same effect.

Radiesse treatment is an outpatient procedure, and you can resume your daily activities with no downtime or required healing period at all.

Unlike some dermal fillers and non-invasive cosmetic procedures that only start manifesting results after multiple appointments, you can see the results from your Radiesse treatment almost immediately.

The effects from this revolutionary filler also last longer than other competing fillers. Like all fillers, Radiesse is not permanent. The duration of its effects depend on the patient and the area that was treated. On average, Radiesse can last for about two years.
